Youth Sunday

This past Sunday the youth group on base led the praise and worship for the service.  Julie was a bit nervous about playing her guitar for it.  She did a great job!  The kids also went without food for the "30 Hour Famine".  They raised money for World Vision (Julie herself raised $270).  Julie says that she was so hungry, her belly inverted (it was concave instead of convex). You can't see her face well (on the far right) as the microphone covers up her face.

Julie made something for me!

I was the speaker for a MOPS (Mothers of Pre-Schoolers) program on base on Monday. Julie worked with the kids craft and made one for me too!  She is sick of my camera and showed her disapproval!

Flexibility

I have been challenged by someone (Jodi) who saw the picture of me doing the chinese splits (previous photo on this blog) to do it again. This is as far as I can do now. Root for me to get more flexible. :) Jodi took this pic of me today.
